As some of you know, Maggie one of our wonderful volunteers sings in Voices in Force which is the Gloucestershire Police ladies choir.
They practice every week and have sung at both Gloucester Cathedral & Tewkesbury Abbey at various Christmas times. They will next be taking part in a charity gala concert at the Albert Hall on Saturday 11th May 2019 with other Police Forces from around the country and a just as amazing orchestra. They attended the regional practice last Saturday and it was brilliant.
As you can imagine we are all very excited and so proud of her, however it would be even more special if any of you would like to go along to listen and support her. We appreciate it’s in London but if anyone fancies a night out?
Its the 30th anniversary and over 600 performers from police forces across the UK will showcase the highest standards of musical talents – you can get tickets from the Albert Hall website. What talented volunteers …….we are so fortunate to have them! Many thanks
